【Abstract】 With the literature, investigation and analysis, this paper studied present situation of player selection for high level college basketball team. Results showed that the most players in high level college basketball team come from professional teams (or junior sports school) and middle school teams. The chief coaches of the teams are responsible for the player selection. The recruitment of the player needs to be improved in the future.更多还原
