【摘要】 目的　研究胰岛素样生长因子 1受体 (IGF1R)在介导 IGF1促糖代谢过程中的作用。方法　建立胰岛素抗性细胞模型、IGF1R封闭细胞模型和 IGF1R高表达细胞模型 ,检测 IGF1对这 3个细胞模型的促糖代谢作用。结果　 1IGF1对胰岛素抗性细胞的促糖代谢效应没有被阻抑。 2 IGF1对 IGF1R封闭细胞的降糖效应得到了明显的阻抑。 3IGF1R的高表达 ,大大增强了 IGF1的促糖代谢效应。结论　IGF1R在 IGF1的促糖代谢过程中起着十分重要的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF1) on glucose metabolism mediated by IGF1 receptor (IGF1R).Methods We constructed insulin resistant cell model,antibody blocking cell model,IGF1R high expressed cell model and tested the metabolic effect of IGF1 on these three cell models.Results ①The metabolic effect of IGF1 on insulin resistant cell was not inhibited.②The hypoglycemic effect of IGF1 on IGF1R blocked cell by its antibody was apparently inhibited.③IGF1’s hypoglycemic effect on IGF1R high expressed cell was greatly improved.Conclusion IGF1R played an important role in glucose metabolism of IGF1.更多还原
