【摘要】 从比较生理学角度 ,研究了有关防御酶系与甜菜抗(耐)丛根病特性的关系 ,由试验结果看出 ,SOD、LOX和MAD与抗病性有关 ,特别是抗丛根病品种在病地上的SOD活性较无病地上的有相对较大的增加 ,而感病品种较正常的SOD活性相对降低 ,表明抗病品种有较强的清除活性氧的能力 ,故可作为抗丛根病选育种的生理指标

【Abstract】 The relationship between defense enzyme and the Rhizomania resistance(tolerance)in sugarbeet was studied by the method of comparative physiology,the results showed that SOD,LOX and MAD were concerned with Rhizomania resistance, especially,the SOD activity of resistant varieties in sick(infested) soil was higher than that of in sickless soil,but that of sensitive varieties was on the contrary, it indicated that the resistant varieties had more power to clear active oxygen, so the SOD activity could be used as a physiological index to choose varieties with high Rhizomania resistance.
