CaF2矿化剂对硅微粉结合SiC窑具材料析晶结构与性能的影响

【摘要】 在硅微粉结合SiC窑具中添加适量的CaF2 矿化剂 ,能使硅微粉结合剂析出的α-方石英转化成α -鳞石英 ,CaF2 矿化能力比氧化物 (K2 O和MnO2 ) [1] [2 ] 矿化剂强 ,添加CaF2 的SiC窑具高温性能优于氧化物的SiC窑具。采用XRD法确定析晶结构及其含量 ,探讨析晶结构对窑具材料性能的影响 ,从中确定较佳的CaF2 添加量为 1 5%。

【Abstract】 Addition of CaF\-2 mineralizer into the SiC kiln furniture bound with silicon-fine-powder can makes α-cristobalite separated out of silicon -fine-powder binder convert to α-tridymite.The mineralizing capacity of CaF\-2is greater than metal oxide (K\-2O and MnO\-2).SiC kiln furniture to be added with CaF\-2 mineralizer has better fire-resisting property than that to be added with metal oxide mineralizer.The crystallization structure and content is determined by means of XRD and its influence on the performance of the SiC kiln is discussed.The suitable amount of CaF\-2 to be added is 1.5%.
