【Abstract】 The current development of statistical theories of the fracture strenght for thd reliability analysis of ceramic materials has been comprehensively reviewed in this paper.The classical staitstical methods for the building of strenght distrbution functions are analyzed in detail,and then the feasibility and the reasonbility of their applications in the reliability analysis of ceramic materials and the desighn of ceramic components is discussed.It shows that researches in this field should be strengthened further.更多还原
