【摘要】 从北京、河北、山东、天津、江西、吉林、河南 7省 (市 ) 2 2个猪群采集各类猪血清样品 5 5 9份 ,用猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型(PCVⅡ )克隆化特异性表达抗原包被反应板 ,采用ELISA检测断奶猪多系统衰弱综合征 (PMWS)抗体。结果 ,2 0日龄未断奶仔猪阳性率为 0 ( 0 / 5 8)、1～ 2月龄断奶仔猪阳性率为 16.5 % ( 2 3 / 13 9) ,后备母猪阳性率为 43 .3 % ( 61/ 14 1) ,经产母猪阳性率为 85 .6% ( 10 7/ 12 5 ) ,肥猪阳性率为 5 1.0 % ( 4 9/ 96) ,5 5 9头猪总阳性率为 42 .9% ( 2 40 / 5 5 9)。检测临床有疑似PMWS症状的 4～ 5月龄生长肥育猪 6头 ,结果均为阳性 ;检测临床有疑似PMWS症状的 1～ 2月龄仔猪 9头 ,结果均为阴性。更多还原

【Abstract】 serum specimens were sampled from the 22 various pig herds in Beijing ,Hebei,Shandong,Tianjin,Jiangxi,Jilin and Henan 7 provinces for detecting the antibody against porcine circovirus Ⅱ (PCVⅡ) by means of ELISA in which the plates were coated with PCVⅡ cloned specifically expressed antigen. The test result revealed that the PCVⅡantibody positive detectable rate of 20 day old unweaned piglet was zero (0/58);the positive detectable rate of 1 to 2 month old postweaning piglet was 16.5% (23/139);the positive detectable rate of replacement gilts 43.3% (61/141); the positive detectable rate of sows 85.6%(107/125);the positive detectable rate of hogs 51.0% (49/96);and the total positive detectable rate reached 42.9% (240/559).Six 4～5 month old finished pigs which showed post weaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) like clinical signs were examined, all of which were positive for PMWS. But nine 1 to 2 month old piglets which showed PMWS like appearances all were diagnosed as PMWS negative.更多还原
