实验感染肝片吸虫山羊血浆中一氧化氮和肿瘤坏死因子的动态变化

【摘要】 选择6只平均体重13.75kg±1.35kg、8~12月龄的山羊。用硝酸还原酶法和放射免疫法测定山羊血浆中一氧化氮(NO)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα),研究山羊血浆中NO和TNFα正常值以及感染肝片吸虫后的动态变化。结果表明,山羊感染肝片吸虫后第3周血浆中的NO开始升高,持续至15周,TNFα感染后第5周开始升高,一直持续至试验结束;病理剖检发现感染肝片吸虫的山羊肝肿胀,且有明显的损伤病灶。试验结果提示,NO和TNFα可能参与了肝片吸虫损伤肝的过程。

【Abstract】 Six white goats aged 8~12 months old with average 13.75 kg body weight which had not fasciolosis confirmed by fecal examination and Dot ELISA were used in this test. Goats were divided into 3 groups (2 goats in each group). The 1st and 2nd group were infected with 200 and 500 Fasciola.hepatica metacercariae by oral administration, respectively. Plasma NO and TNF a were measured by reductive enzyme assay and RIA respectively. The results indicated that NO content in goats infected with F.hepatica was higher than that of control group during the 3~15 weeks of infection. TNF α levels in goats of infection also started to increase at 5th week after infection and persisted to the end of the experiment. At the pathological autopsy it was found that the livers of the goats infected with F.hepatica were swollen with obvious lesion focus. Based on pathological changes of liver. The results implied that NO and TNF α may induce liver damage of goats during the course of infection with F.hepatica.
