纳米CaCO3增强增韧HDPE复合材料的研究
Study on HDPE Composite Reinforced and Toughened by Nano-CaCO3
【摘要】 较深入地开展了纳米CaCO3对HDPE的增强增韧研究。结果表明 :(1)纳米Ca CO3在未经表面处理的情况下 ,与HDPE仍具有一定的粘接作用力 ,对HDPE有增强增韧作用。 (2 )现有表面处理剂对纳米CaCO3与HDPE相界面粘接作用的改变不大 ,但能够促进CaCO3粒子在基体中的均匀分散 ,大大地减少了CaCO3增强增韧HDPE的用量。表面处理后的CaCO3在含量仅为 4%~ 6 %时 ,复合材料冲击强度即可提高 1倍 ,同时其屈服强度、模量均有所提高。
【Abstract】 High density polyethylene(HDPE)reinforced and toughened by nano CaCO 3 is explored profoundly.Experimental results show that HDPE can be reinforced and toughened by the adhesion force between nano CaCO 3 and matrix even though the surface of nano CaCO 3 particles are not treated.Existing surface modifiers have little effect on the interfacial adhesion between nano CaCO 3 and HDPE,but can improve the dispersion of nano CaCO 3particles in matrix,reduce the dosages of nano CaCO 3.Impact strength of the composite is doubled with the addition of only 4 %~6 %surface treated CaCO 3 and yield strength and modulus are upgraded somewhat.
