改性聚四氟乙烯密封材料的研究与开发
Development of Modified Polytetrafluoroethylene Sealing Compound
【摘要】 研究聚四氟乙烯的改性及应用 ,探讨了玻纤、二硫化钼以及玻纤和二硫化钼复合填充改性聚四氟乙烯的力学性能和耐磨性能。研究表明 ,玻纤和二硫化钼复合填充改性聚四氟乙烯密封村料的最佳配方为玻纤 8%~ 10 %、二硫化钼 3 %~ 5%、聚四氟乙烯 85%~ 90 %。用该专用料制造的密封元件性能达到了DuPont公司同类产品性能。
【Abstract】 Modification and application of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)are studied.Mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of PTFE filled with glass fiber,molybdenum disulfide(MoS 2)and mixture of glass fiber and MoS 2 are probed.Results show that the optimum dosage of the compound is 8 %~10 % glass fiber,3 %~5 %MoS 2 and 85 %~90 %PTFE.Performance of sealing parts made with the compound is up to that of those made with material from DuPont.
