马来酸酐接枝ABS及其应用
Maleic Anhydride Grafted ABS and Its Application
【摘要】 采用熔融法研究了马来酸酐 (MAH)接枝ABS。结果表明 :马来酸酐接枝率随MAH添加量或引发剂过氧化二异丙苯 (DCP)的添加量的增加而提高 ,但是添加量过多时 ,接技率增加速率变慢 ;ABS接枝马来酸酐后 ,冲击性能明显下降 ,但拉伸性能变化不大 ;马来酸酐接枝改性ABS ,增容ABS/PC合金共混物 ,可提高合金的缺口抗冲击强度达 1.5~ 2 .5倍。
【Abstract】 The maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted ABS is studied by molten method.It was found that the degree of grafting (DG)of MAH sharply increases with increasing loading of MAH or initiator Dicumyl peroxide(DCP),but when MAH or DCP loading is overplus,it becomes smooth.The impact strength of the grafted ABS significantly decreases with the increasing of the DG,and tensile strength principally stays unchanged.ABS grafted with maleic anhydride was found to be a very good compatibilizer for the ABS/polycarbonate alloy,which increases the impact strength of the alloy 1.5~2.5 times.
