【摘要】 利用 5 7个 RAPD引物和 1 5个 AFL P引物分析了明恢 6 3与珍汕 97A之间 1 2 0 9个位点的杂合性。结果表明 ,5 7个 RAPD引物能扩增出 394条带 ,平均每个引物扩增 6 .9条 ,多态性带 1 2 9条 ,汕优 6 3的杂合性为 32 .74% ;1 5个 AFL P引物共扩增出 81 5个位点 ,平均每个引物扩增 5 4.33条 ,多态性带 2 89条 ,汕优 6 3的杂合性为 35 .46 %。 1 2 0 9个位点显示汕优 6 3的杂合性为 34 .5 7%更多还原

【Abstract】 The heterozygosity of 1209 molecular markers was surveyed between Minghui 63 and Zhenshan 97A for RAPD analysis using 57 primers and AFLP analysis using 15 primers. The results showed that, 57 RAPD primers amplified 394 bands with a mean of 6.9 bands per primer, resulting in 129 bands of polymorphisms heterozygosity of Shanyou 63 is 32.74 percent, 15 AFLP primers amplified 815 loci with a mean of 54.33 loci per primer, resulting in 289 loci of polymorphisms, the heterozygosity is 35.46 percent. Therefore 1209 markers indicated the heterozygosity of Shanyou 63 is 34.57 percent.更多还原
