【摘要】 目的　研究多胎妊娠早期选择性减胎术的技术可靠性、安全性及其对妊娠结局的影响。方法　以超声引导下穿刺 ,少量氯化钾胚囊注射方法实施多胎妊娠早期选择性减胎术患者 2 5例 ,其中 1例经腹穿刺术 ,其余2 4例经阴穿刺术。结果　 2 5例患者减胎术后 ,获得足月分娩者 15例 ,两个阶段中 ,初期实施减胎术 10例 ,成功率仅为 30 0 % (3/ 10 ) ;第二阶段为临床应用期 ,实施 15例 ,分娩率达 80 0 % (12 / 15 ) ,流产率降至 6 7% (1/ 15 ) ,早产率 13 3% (2 / 15 )。结论　技术成熟的多胎妊娠早期选择性减胎术对于早期多胎妊娠是一种十分安全而有效的处理方法 ,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reliability and safety of multifetal pregnancy selective reduction and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods Twenty-five patients were performed multifetal pregnancy reduction with a little quantity of KCL injection directed under ultrasound in reproductive center of our hospital,one was transabdominal,the other 24 were transvaginal.Results 15 patients got term-delivery.Our study was separated to 2 periods:10 patients in primary period with success rate 30 0%(3/10);15 patients in clinical using period,with birth rate reaching 80 0% (12/15) and abortion rate was 6 7%(1/15).Conclusion Multifetal pregnancy early selective reduction is a very effective and safe method to early multifetal pregnancy.It is worth using widely.更多还原
