【摘要】 目的　探讨舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓预防产后出血的效果。方法　将正常的单胎头位足月妊娠阴道分娩者 1390例分为两组。研究组 810例 ,在第二产程末胎头娩出前舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓 1mg ;对照组 5 80例 ,在胎儿娩出后静脉注射催产素 2 0IU ,观察产后 2小时出血量。结果　产后 2小时内的出血量 ,研究组及对照组分别为 176 43ml和 196 73ml,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论　舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓促进子宫收缩作用强于催产素 ,能减少产后出血量 ,其给药方法简便 ,便于推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To observe the effects of methyl carprost suppository given sublingually on postpartum bleeding in normal parturients.Methods\ 1 390 normal parturients were divided into study group(n=810)and control group(n=580).1mg methyl carprost suppository was given sublingually in the study group before the delivery of fetal head at the end of the second stage.The controls were given 20IU oxytocin intravenously after the delivery of fetus.The amount of bleeding within 2 hours after delivery was measured.Results\ The mean amount of bleeding in the study group was 176 43 ml in contrast with 196 73ml in the control group.The difference in the amount of bleeding between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0 01).Conclusions\ Methyl carprost suppository is more effective than oxytocin in controlling postpartum bleeding.Sublingual administration of the drug is easy to perform and therefore,suitable for wide-spread use.更多还原
