【摘要】 目的　探讨解脲支原体 (UU)感染与妊娠结局及新生儿肺炎的关系。方法　采用分离培养法对 6 0 5例孕产妇的宫颈分泌物进行UU检测 ,并对其中 90例UU阳性的孕产妇分娩新生儿喉咽部分泌物进行UU检验。结果　孕产妇宫颈分泌物UU阳性组与阴性组比较 ,其胎膜早破、早产、产褥病率、低出生体重、新生儿肺炎的发病率高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,新生儿喉咽部分泌物UU阳性组与阴性组比较 ,新生儿肺炎的发病率有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　解脲支原体可引起不良妊娠结局并可引起新生儿肺炎。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the relationships between ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) infection and pregnancy results or neonatal pneumonia.Methods The cervical secretions from 605 cases of puerpera and pregnant women were separated and cultured for UU detection.Laryngopharyngeal secretions of neonates labored by 90 cases of the puerpera and pregnant women of UU positiveness were detected for UU.Results Compared with UU negative group of cervical samples,morbidity of premature rupture of fetal membrane,premature delivery,puerperalism,low birth weight and neonatal pneumonia of UU positive group were higher,and the difference was significant(P<0 05).There was significant difference of neonatal pneumonia morbidity between UU positive and negative group of laryngopharyngeal secretions(P<0 05).Conclusion UU may cause unfavourable pregnancy ending and neonatal pneumonia.更多还原
