【Abstract】 The experimental results indicated that there were 5-6 months dormant period for Purslane seeds,the optimum soaking time for Purslane seeds was 9-12h(at 30℃),the suitable germination temperature was 30℃,and the method using 200mg·L -1 GA 3 solution to treat Purslane seeds increased obviously germination percentage,germination vigor and germination index.更多还原
