【Abstract】 It is an important way to develop ocean resources for resolving the lack of resources on land. Practical basis on sustainable development and application of ocean resources is discusseds, and the basic intension and objective of sustainable development and application of ocean resource are demonstrated, which are based on detailed analysis of the characteristics of ocean resources and their development.
