【摘要】 本文对一般企业物流成本的控制进行了系统分析 ,归纳总结出物流成本的构成要素 ;提出物流成本控制的类型和策略 ,结合数量分析 ,剖析物流成本控制的效应 ;最后对物流成本的综合控制设计了一种运作模式。认为当今企业物流成本的控制不仅要强调局部控制 ,更应重视系统化和综合控制 ,并尽可能充分发挥计算机网络系统的作用。更多还原
