【Abstract】 The shortage of water resources has become the biggest confinement factor in the development of agriculture and national economy in China. It directly threatens the food security of China. At the same time, it induces severe ecological environmental problem and affects the sustainable development of the economy in the future. This article carries out a preliminary analysis on the problems that we have encountered in the process of the water-saving agriculture development in China. On this basis, systematic foundation of macro decision and strategy accordingly has been put forward on the water-saving agriculture development of China.更多还原
