【Abstract】 The article studies the operation program and modes of Chinese venture fund and analyzes the problems in its investment. We put forward following development strategies of venture fund investing in high-tech enterprises: selection of venture investment modes, resource of venture capital, establishment of the standards to select objects to be invested, selection of finance investment tools, value added service, reasonable investment proportion, selection of gist to evaluate, cultivation of venture investment managers, establishment of effective withdrawing mechanism, favorable policies and so on.更多还原
