酸法水解制革下脚料提取混合氨基酸的工艺探讨

【摘要】 本文对温州地区制革下角料酸法水解提取混合氨基酸工艺进行了探索 :用 8N HCL(原料重 :酸用量 =1∶ 1.2 w/ v) ,在 10 5℃~ 110℃下水解 11hr,经脱酸、脱色、中和、浓缩、结晶得到氨基酸总量为 :35.54% ,人体必需氨基酸 11.58%的混合氨基酸。

【Abstract】 The extraction technology for mixed amino acids from tannery waste by acid hydrolysis was discussed. Optimum hydrolytic conditions were determined: ratio of tannery waste to hydrochloric acid (8N) 1:1.2 w/v, temperature 105~110℃, and time 11 h. 35.54% of mixed amino acids containing 11.58% of necessary amino acids to human body was obtained by depickling, decolor, neutralization, condensation and crystallization.
