【Abstract】 The extraction technology for mixed amino acids from tannery waste by acid hydrolysis was discussed. Optimum hydrolytic conditions were determined: ratio of tannery waste to hydrochloric acid (8N) 1:1.2 w/v, temperature 105～110℃, and time 11 h. 35.54% of mixed amino acids containing 11.58% of necessary amino acids to human body was obtained by depickling, decolor, neutralization, condensation and crystallization.更多还原
