【摘要】 防治奶牛乳房炎的氟喹诺酮类药物的抗菌机理、抗菌活性、药代动力学及临床应用。尤其在药代动力学上 ,这类药物能进入吞噬细胞内 ,杀死吞噬细胞内的金黄色葡萄球菌 ;还可通过血乳屏障 ,进主乳腺 ,这在乳房炎的治疗上明显优于其他抗生素类药物。经临床试验 ,这类药物能显著提高奶牛乳房炎的治愈率更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism and activies of antibacteria, pharmacokinetics and clinical uses of fluoroquinolones for prevention and treatment of bovine mastitis were reviewed. They could enter the phagocyte, and kill the S. aureus in the phagocyte, and pass through blood breast barrier and get into mammary gland. They could significantly increase the curative rates of bovine mastitis.更多还原
