【摘要】 介绍腹腔镜下巨输尿管形成术。方法 :应用腹腔镜技术成功地为 1例左侧巨输尿管症患儿施行巨输尿管成形术。结果 :手术时间 4h ,术后 40d拔除双J管。膀胱镜下见膀胱输尿管吻合口已粘膜化。术后 4个月随访 ,患儿无腰痛 ,复查同位素示左成形输尿管排尿好 ,无梗阻。结论 :在熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技术后 ,应用腹腔镜能治疗梗阻性巨输尿管症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce megaureteroplasty by laparoscopy. Methods: One case of megaureter on left side was successfully treated by laparoscopy. Results: The operation time was 4 hours and the epithelium was found in ureter orifice when the double-J stent was removed 40 days after the operation. The follow-up 4 months after the operation showed that the new-plasted ureter functions are well evaluated by EPT. Conclusions: Laparoscopy is available to the obstructed megaureter.更多还原
