【摘要】 在肯定以往科技成果鉴定办法的积极作用的同时，指出了该办法在实施过程中所存在的一些弊端，在此基础上提出了对今后科技成果鉴定办法的改革设想。

【Abstract】 The paper reveals the disadvantages of Current methods of appraising scientific and technical achievements, while affirming their positive role. Based on such an analysis, a new program is presented on how to reform China’s appraisal methods of scientific and technical achievements.
