【摘要】 采取分析人力资本形成来源的方法,用鱼剌因果分析图,按照人力资本存量、地域、企业和行业四大主因渐次求出人力资本相对价值,并体现为数学表示式的形式;通过把人力资本价值分为一度和二度价值的方式,得出人力资本绝对价值的数学表示式。

【Abstract】 This article analysizes the sourc e of human resources assets and with the help of herring bone causality analysis diagram g radually works out the comparative value of human resources assets according to the four m ajor factors such as stock of human resources assets, location of human resource s assets, enterprise conditions and sector conditions. This is expressed by mathematical formular. T hen by way of dividing the value of human resources assets into grade I and grad e II value s, the mathematical formular expressing the absolute value of human resources as sets is worked out.
