【摘要】 目的 探讨恶性脑膜瘤的临床影像与病理特征。方法 复习1979～1999年经治的10例恶性脑膜瘤,就临床表现、影像、肿瘤类型、病理检查、复发、放射治疗及随访进行研究。结果 全组病例均属恶性脑膜瘤,除一例存活外均已死亡。结论 CT对诊断恶性脑膜瘤有其临床意义。如肿瘤组织学表现有坏死、脑浸润、间变、有丝分裂增多、颅外转移、临床过程短暂或短期复发应归属恶性,特别是血管外皮细胞脑膜瘤应属高危性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical manifestations, CT/MR images and pathological features of malignant meningio ma. Method The data of 10 malignant meningioma patients admitted from 1979 to 1999 was reviewed. The clinical and CT/MR examination as well as the follow - up outcome including the tumor recurrence and radiotherapeutic efficacies were also studied. Result All these patients were confirmed as having malignant meningioma, except for one case who is being survived, the remaining 9 patients had already died of the tumor during the follow-up period. Conclusion CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of malignant meningioma. The authors emphasized that llistological features such as necrosis, brain infiltration of tumor cells, increased karyokimesis as well as extracranial metastasis, short clinical course or short-term recurrence of the tumor suggested the tumor to be malignant, and this is especially true for hemangiopericytoma.更多还原
