视网膜色素变性辨证分型与血管内皮血小板功能改变关系的初步研究
A preliminary study on the functional changes of endothelioid and blood platelet correlated with bianzhengfenxing in patients with retinitis pigmentosa
【摘要】 目的 探讨辨证分型治疗视网膜色素变性 (retinitispigmentosa ,RP)与患者血管内皮 -血小板功能改变的关系。方法 接受辨证分型治疗的视网膜色素变性患者中包括 44例脾肾阳虚型和 2 1例肝肾阴虚型患者。对患者的血浆血栓素B2 、 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α及自由基进行了检测 ,并与 33例正常人对照分析。结果 两组RP患者中TXB2 、T/K升高 ,6 -K -PGF1α及SOD降低。脾肾阳虚组患者TXB2 、T/K较肝肾阴虚组升高更为明显 ;患者的SOD与TXB2 、 6-K -PGF1α及T/K的相关分析表明他们之间差异无显著性意义。结论 视网膜色素变性患者的辨证分型与血管内皮 -血小板功能改变之间存在一定的关系。血管内皮 -血小板功能改变的检测结果可作为对视网膜色素变性患者进行辨证分型的客观指标之一。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the functional changes of endothelioid and blood platelet and bianzhengfenxing (辨证分型)in treatment of patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) METHODS Forty-four patients with RP as pishengyangxu(脾肾阳虚) and 21 patients as ganshengyingxu(肝肾阴虚) accepted treatment according to bianzhengfenxing The level of plasma TXB 2、6-K-PGF 1α and free radical were determined in the patients and compared with thirty-three health volunteers as a control group RESULTS Comparedwith normal group, the level of plasma TXB 2 and T/K, the ratio of TXB 2 and 6-K-PGF 1α were increased, 6-K-PGF 1α and SOD were decreased in all patients with RP, but the content of TXB 2 and T/K were markedly higher in patients with pizhengyangxu The difference was not statistical significance when SOD of patients comparedwith TXB 2, 6-K-PGF 1α and T/K CONCLUSION The functional changes of endothelioid and blood platelet could be relational with bianzhengfenxing The detection of endothelioid and blood platelet might provide objective attestation for bianzhengfenxing
