【摘要】 目的 :从神经心理学角度对脑卒中患者记忆减退的内在机制进行探讨 ,为卒中后记忆功能的康复提供帮助。方法 :对 5 9例脑卒中患者及 30例无脑器质性疾病者进行记忆商 (memoryquotient,MQ)评定 ,并对记忆结果进行比较。结果 :卒中组 5 4 2 %的患者有非指向词的混杂记忆 ,对照组为 30 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。与对照组相比注意障碍组 (A组 )MQ及各项分测验成绩均显著降低 ,无注意障碍组 (B组 )仅图像自由回忆一项成绩降低有显著意义。A、B组之间指向记忆、联想学习、MQ存在统计学差异。记忆商越低 ,注意障碍所占百分比越大。结论 :注意力水平下降是脑卒中患者记忆障碍的重要因素 ,并且是独立影响因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:From neuropsychological aspect,to explore the mechanism of memory impairment of stroke patients and provide help on memory improvement.Method:59 cases stroke patients and 30 cases without cerebral organic lesion(control)were examined by clinical memory scale.Result:There were 54.2%(32/59) patients accompany attentional deficit in stroke group,and only 30%(9/30) in control group,P<0.05,Memory quotient(MQ) and all subtest scores was marked lower in attenional deficit group than control group.The lower the MQ ,the higher the rate of attentional deficit were noted.Conclusion:Attentional deterioration play an important role in memory impairment stroke patients.
