煤泥浮选数学模型及其仿真器的研究
Research on Coal Flotation Model and Its Simulator
【摘要】 在详细考察了各品级煤在不同的操作变量条件下的浮选规律的基础上 ,通过多元非线性回归分析 ,建立了各粒度密度级浮选速率常数及水浮选速率常数与操作变量之间的多元的、非线性的、多方程的大系统模型 .以建立的模型为基础 ,采用时间离散化模型方法对连续工业浮选机进行模拟 ,开发研制了浮选仿真系统 ,该系统能够动态显示操作变量的变化情况及浮选产品数质量对操作变量的响应情况
【Abstract】 The flotation regularity of coals with different sizes and operation conditions was investigated. A big system model of multielement, nonlinear, and multi equation related to the flotation rate constant of coals different in size and density and to the operation varibles was established through the multielement nonlinear regressive analysis. On the basis of this, the continuous operation of flotation machine was simulated using the time discretization model. And a flotation simulator has been worked out, which can dynamicly display the changes of operation varibles and the influence of flotation product on operation varibles.
