孙村煤矿经济合理的开采深度

【摘要】 在分析孙村煤矿开采现状的基础上,深入研究了孙村煤矿各生产环节及总的吨煤生产费用随开采深度变化的规律.按孙村煤矿目前的技术状况分析计算:矿井开采深度每增加100m,原煤吨煤生产费用增加6%~7%.找出了吨煤生产费用随采深增加的主要环节,提出了提高单产及总产、改造通风系统、改进巷道布置等措施,降低吨煤生产费用14%左右.以矿井地质条件及技术可行性论证为约束、以矿井盈利为依据,预测孙村煤矿经济合理的开采深度为1100~1200m.

【Abstract】 Based on the status of Suncun Coal Mine, the change regularity of total production cost per ton of coal and that for every production link with mining depth was investigated. From the present technology status of Suncun Coal Mine, the production cost for 1 ton of raw coal will increase by 6 %~7 % per 100 m increase in mining depth. The key production links for cutting down the production cost which increases with the mining depth were found out. Some measures of increasing coal output, reforming ventilation system,and improving roadway layout were put forward. As a result, production cost for 1 ton of raw coal may be decreased by 14%. Based on the mine profit and the real mine system, the economically profitable mining depth of Suncun Coal Mine is determined to be 1 100~1200 m.
