用磁选柱选分攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿的试验研究
EXPERIMENT RESEARCH OF V-Ti MAGNETITE FROM PANZHIHUA BY COLUMN MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
【摘要】 用直径 30mm磁选柱对攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿进行试验研究。结果表明 ,如果将原矿粒度降至0 2mm以下 ,预磁后经磁选柱一次选别 ,可使原矿品位由 2 7 39% ,提高到 5 3 18% ,回收率 83 84% ,建议攀矿进一步扩大试验规模 ,验证效果。
【Abstract】 The column magnetic separator in 30mm diameter is tested to separate V-Ti magnetite ore from Panzhihua.The results show that if the size of crude ore is reduced below 0 2mm and the particles are pre-magnetized,then separated at one time by column magnetic separator,the iron grade is raised from 27 39% to 53 80%,the iron recovery is 83 84%.Some suggestions are offered to do further larger scale test.
