综合利用矿业废渣生产烧结空心砖的研究
STUDY ON THE SINTERING PROCESS OF HOLLOW BLOCK WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF MINING SLAG
【摘要】 本文结合姑山矿业公司矿业废渣的资源特点 ,探讨了矿业废渣资源化大宗利用的有效途径。在对其化学成分分析和物理性能检测的基础上 ,通过实验室内基础试验 ,评价制砖的可行性 ,优选配比方案。工业化试验制品综合指标达到了一等品以上水平 ,提出了针对原料特点的工艺路线、最佳的工艺参数和技术要求。
【Abstract】 Some effective countermeasures for comprehensive utilization of mining slag are discussed in combination with the characteristics of mining slag of Gushan Mining Company.The feasibility of producing hollow block is evaluated and the proportioning schedule is optimized through the basic experiment in the laboratory on the base of chemical composition analyzing and physical properties testing of the mining slag.The aggregative index of the industrial products can exceed first rate standard.The optimum technical requirements and parameters are proposed.
