磁选柱在齐大山选矿厂的应用

【摘要】 磁选柱是鞍山钢铁学院研制出的一种新型磁选设备 ,可产生交变弱磁场 ,能有效提高焙烧磁铁矿的精矿品位。本文探讨了磁选柱代替齐大山选矿厂旋转磁场磁选机来提高磁选粗精矿品位的可行性。试验结果表明 :磁选柱分选效果优越于旋磁机 ,它能有效分散磁团聚 ,加强细粒磁性铁回收 ;比旋转磁场磁选机使用方便 ,工作可靠 ,年增效益显著

【Abstract】 The magnetic separation column is a new type of magnetic separaters made by Anshan Institute of Iron & Steel Technology.It can provide a low intensity alternating magnetic field and effectively raise the concentrate grade of roasted magnetite.This article discusses the possibility of the application of the magnetic separation column to take place of the rotating field magnetic separator to raise the concentrate grade in magnetic separation of Qidashan Concentration Plant.Their experiment whows that the separation effect of the magnetic separation column is prior to the rotatiing field magnetic separator because it can successfully disperse the particles which are gathered by magnetic force and increase the recovery of fine ferromagnetic particles.In addition,the magnetic separate column can be operated easily and safely and the annual profit is increased obviously.
