产品装配顺序的层次化推理方法研究

【摘要】 提出一种装配优先关系分类模型 ,将装配顺序规划过程中的各种装配优先关系分为几何优先关系、确定性工艺优先关系和模糊性工艺优先关系 3类。并在此基础上 ,提出层次化装配顺序推理方法 ,分别从装配顺序的几何可行性、工艺可行性和工艺优良性 3个层次 ,对装配顺序进行递进推理 ,最终得到性能优良的装配顺序。开发的产品装配分析软件原型系统—— PAAS可以对复杂产品的装配顺序规划进行有效的分析和优化

【Abstract】 A classification model for assembly precedence relations is proposed,in which all of the assembly precedence relations are separated into three types:geometry precedence relations (GPRs), definite process precedence relations (DPPRs) and fuzzy process precedence relations (FPPRs). Based on this classification model,a hierarchical reasoning approach for assembly sequence planning has been designed.By means of this approach, the assembly sequences can be planned in three steps.First of all,the feasible geometry assembly sequences are reasoned out by geometry constraints analysis (GCA) method.Then the feasible process assembly sequences are selected from the feasible geometry assembly sequences.Finally,the optimal assembly sequences with the properties of geometry feasibility, process feasibility and process superiority can be reasoned out by case based reasoning (CBR) method. This method has been realized in a software prototype system named Product Assembly Analysis System (PAAS).By means of PAAS,the optimal assembly sequences can be reasoned out efficiently for complicated products.
