复杂机械系统运动误差自动建模技术研究
Research on the Technique of Error Modeling Automation for Complicated Mechanical System
【摘要】 :基于多体系统理论的基本思想 ,研究了复杂机械系统运动误差建模的规律性 ,提出了复杂机械系统运动误差特征建模方法 ,用于解决复杂机械系统误差建模的通用性和自动化问题。以数控加工中心在线检测系统为例 ,说明了方法的应用
【Abstract】 In this paper,the geometric error model regularity for a complicated mechanical system is studied based on the theory of MBS. The feature-based method is proposed in order to solve the generalization problem in modeling automation. The application of the technique is confirmed by the geometric errors modeling for an on-line inspecting errors of three-axis machining center.
