凸轮轴磨床数控系统的研制
Development of a CNC System for Cam Shaft Grinding Machine
【摘要】 介绍了研制的一种适合国情的凸轮轴磨床数控系统。该系统采用摇架式数控成形 ,工件转动和摇架摆动之间采用强迫耦合技术 ,并通过数字调节技术来提高工件的轮廓控制精度。介绍了该系统的技术特点和数字调节器的设计。通过对一台 M83 1 2型凸轮轴磨床的数控改造和加工实践 ,表明该数控系统是经济实用的
【Abstract】 This paper describes a CNC system for cam shaft grinding machine. The system uses numerically controlled contouring with rocking table,adopts forced coupling between workpiece running and rocking table swing, and improves the control precision of workpiece contour through digital regulation techniques. The paper introduces the technique characteristics of the system and the design of the digital regulators.By reforming a cam shaft grinding machine model M8312 into a CNC grinding machine, the practice shows that the CNC system is of cost effective.
