【摘要】 为了解基层卫生所安全注射的情况 ,采用按容量比例概率抽样法 ,随机抽取了南阳市 34个村卫生所 ,调查安全注射的情况及其可能的影响因素。结果经分析评判 ,有 2 3个卫生所做到了安全注射 ,占 6 7 6 %。影响安全注射的因素是乡村医生是否接受过正规的专业培训 ,以及门诊量的多少。正规的专业培训和合理的门诊量有助于提高安全注射的水平。推广一次性注射器和经常的监督检查对安全注射有促进作用更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the safe injection status in grass-roots clinics, a PPS sampling method (probability proportional to size) was adopted to select randomly in Nanyang city 34 villages clinics to investigate the safe injection and its influential factors. The results showed that there were 23 village clinics judged to be qualified, accounting for 67.6%. The factors that influence the safety of injection related to the professional training of village doctors and the number of daily clinic patients. Popularization of disposable syringes and regular inspection and supervision also can improve the safe injection situation.更多还原
