【摘要】 为了解影响安徽省常规免疫接种率报告质量的因素 ,用典型抽样调查方法确定 3个县进行调查。对省、地区、县、乡、村的 1998年各系统掌握的出生人数以及常规免疫接种率报告监测系统提供的数据进行核对分析 ,并进行入户调查。结果显示 :全省有 5 0 2 %乡级至少漏报 1次 ,乡级漏报是主要因素 ;流出儿童约占 10 % ,流出儿童是重要因素 ;漏建卡率为 5 % ,漏建卡是次要因素 ;乡村医生的素质也有一定程度的影响。建议增加常规免疫接种率报告监测系统敏感性指标更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the influential factors on the working quality of routine immunization reporting system, three counties were selected with care survey. We investigated the children house by house, checked and analysed the children’s number provided chiefly in 1998 by the routine immunization reporting system and by family-planning and statistics departments. 50.2% townships failed reporting at least one time per year, this was the main factor influencing the working quality. The floating children, that was an important factor, accounted for 10% approximately. The rate of not establishing immunization card, as the secondary factor, was 5%. The township health workers’ quality also influenced the quality of the reporting system to some extent. We recommend that the sensitivity indicators of the routine immunization reporting system should be set up.更多还原
