【摘要】 为了解北京市流动儿童免疫接种现状 ,于 1998年开展了流动儿童免疫接种率抽样调查。结果显示 :建卡率 82 6 2 % ,建证率 89 39% ,卡、证符合率 80 2 9% ;1岁以下儿童卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗接种率分别为 71 81%、 79 5 2 %、 78 92 %、 78 84% ,四苗全程合格接种率为 6 5 6 1%。调查发现散居流动儿童的免疫接种现状明显好于集居流动儿童 ,集居儿童中 2～ 6岁儿童建卡率 ,卡、证符合率 ,四种疫苗和四苗全程合格接种率均低于 <1岁和 1岁儿童。此外 ,北京市还存在流动儿童管理水平在地区间的不均衡性。调查提示 ,应采取相应措施以加强流动儿童计划免疫管理更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the immunization coverage rate of floating children in Beijing, an investigation was conducted in 1998. The results showed that the rate of establishing immunization cards was 82.62%, the rate of establishing immunization certificates was 89.39% and the consistency rate of immunization cards with certificates was 80.29%. In≤1 year old floating children, the immunization coverage rates of BCG、OPV、 DPT、 MV and the whole course rate were 71.81%、 79.52%、 78.92%、 78.84%、65.61% respectively. As for dispersely living floating children, the immunization coverage rate was notably higher than that of gathered living floating children. Of the latter, the consistency rates of establishing cards and certificates, the four-vaccine coverage rate and their whole course rate were all lower in 2～6 year old children than that in ≤one year old. This group of floating children should be regarded as high risk population. This investigation also revealed some weak areas in EPI administration of floating children, so some effective measures were required.更多还原
