【摘要】 为了解健康人群脊髓灰质炎 (脊灰 )的抗体水平 ,河南省于 1998年在信阳、许昌、周口 3个地区分别对 2～ 4岁、5～ 8岁、12～ 15岁、2 1～ 3 9岁 4个年龄组共计 5 96人进行了脊灰中和抗体水平监测 ,结果表明 :脊灰Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型中和抗体阳性率分别为91 95 %、95 81%、92 2 8% ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型抗体几何平均滴度分别为 1∶49 2 1、1∶5 3 69、1∶2 8 62。 3个型抗体全阳性占 83 89% ,3个型抗体全阴性占 1 0 1% ,2个型抗体阴性占 1 85 % ,河南省健康人群已形成了对脊灰较好的免疫屏障更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to find out the polio antibody level of the healthy population, surveillance of antibody level was carried out in 596 healthy persons by dividing them into 2～4, 5～8, 12～15 and 21～39 age groups in three counties of Henan Province in 1998. The results showed that the positive rate and geometric mean titer(GMT) of neutralizing antibody against poliovirus types Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 91.95%, 95.81%, 92.28% and 1:49.21, 1:53.69 and 1:28.62, respectively. Immune level of healthy population in urban areas was higher than that of healthy population in rural areas. The antibody positive rate of all three types was 83.89%, the negative rate of all three types was 1.01%, the negative rate of any two types was 1.85%, the negative rate of one type was type Ⅰ 8.05%, type Ⅱ 4.19%, type Ⅲ 7.72% respectively. The investigation indicated that a higher level of immunity against poliovirus in healthy population in Henan Province has been established.更多还原
