【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduces and makes a brief review on the background and main contents of the Draft Outline of Transport Law, the Draft of International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, the Amendment of Athens Convention, the Draft Convention on Wreck Removal and Death or Injury of Seamen which are being provided and discussed in 2000.
