钙拮抗剂对高血压患者血管活性肽的影响及其意义

【摘要】 目的 :探讨钙拮抗剂对高血压病患者血管活性肽的影响及其意义。方法 :应用放免法同步测定钙拮抗剂治疗前后的高血压病组(n=6 2 )和正常对照组 (n=5 0 )的血浆 ET、CGRP、NPY、NT的浓度水平。结果 :高血压病组治疗前 ET、NPY均明显高于正常对照组 ;CGRP、NT则低于正常对照组 ,且 NPY与 NT、ET与 CGRP呈显著负相关 ,而舒张压与 ET、NPY呈正相关。治疗后收缩压、舒张压和 ET、NPY均明显下降 ,而 CGRP、NT水平明显升高。结论 :NPY与 NT、ET与 CGRP的浓度水平对高血压病的病理生理过程具有重要的影响 ,而钙拮抗剂通过对高血压病患者的血浆血管活性肽的调节作用以达到保护靶器官的目的 ,且非洛地平的作用强于硫氮 艹卓 酮。

【Abstract】 Aim:To investigate the effects of calcium antagonist on the levels of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY), neurotensin(NT), endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and their effects in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension. Methods:The levels of plasma NPY,ET,NT and CGRP by radio immunoassay method were measured in 62 patients with essential hypertension and 50 healthy controls. Results:The levels of plasma ET, NPY of the patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher than those in healthy controls, the levels of plasma CGRP, [WT5”,6BZ]NT were significantly lower than those in healthy controls. There are positive correlation of DBP and ET、NPY . After treatment, the levels of SBP and DBP、ET and NPY were decreased obviously, the levels of CGRP、NT were increased significantly. Conclusions:The levels of plasma NPY、NT、ET and CGRP may play an important roles in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension, Calcium antagonist have an vital role in protecting target organs by means of the regulation of plasma levels of vascular active peptides,the effect of felodipine was stronger than that of diltiazem.
