【摘要】 为研究热带地区中老年人体脂分布与高脂血症及与相关指标的联系 ,对 1477名 40岁以上广州城市居民进行体格检查 ,测量身高、体重、腰围、臀围和血压 ,抽清晨空腹静脉血 ,测血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿酸和胰岛素含量。结果表明 ,血清甘油三酯浓度随年龄增长而升高 ,高甘油三酯血症的比例在5 0～ 5 4岁组达高峰 ,随后逐渐下降。总胆固醇浓度的高峰值在 5 0岁～和 5 5岁～组。随增龄 ,体重和身高有下降趋势 ,但体质指数 (BMI)≥ 2 5者所占比例随年龄而增加。高甘油三酯组人群的血压、体重、BMI和血尿酸含量高于正常甘油三酯组 ,而高胆固醇血症与高血糖之间的交互影响有显著性意义。结果提示 :对甘油三酯有影响的因子依次为BMI、尿酸、总胆固醇和舒张压 ,影响总胆固醇的因素有年龄、甘油三酯、血糖、体重和BMI。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the distribution of blood lipid and body fat and their relationship with other index in the middle old aged people.The body weight,height,wadistline,hipline and blood pressure of 1147 over 40 years old men and women at an university community in South China were measured.Their fast vein blood was taken for estimating the concentrations of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),glucose (FSG),urate and insulin.The level of TG raised with the age and the hyperglycerides in 50～54 years old group reached the highest percentage and then decreased.The peak of TC was at 50～ and 55～years old group.The body weight and height were also decrease with the age and the percentage of body mass index (BMI)≥25 increased with aging.The mean measurements of blood pressure,body weight,BMI and urate of hypertriglycerotideamia group were higher than those of normal TG group.The intereactive effects between hypercholesterolaemia and hyperglucomia had the significant meaning.The facts affected TG were BMI,urate,TC and diastolic pressure in turn.For TC,they were age,TG FSG,body weight and BMI.更多还原
