膳食纤维与限食作用对大鼠体内脂质过氧化作用的比较研究

【摘要】 比较 3种膳食纤维与限食作用对大鼠体内脂质过氧化程度的影响 ,探讨膳食纤维抗氧化作用的机理。 5 0只Wis tar大鼠被随机分为 5组 ,分别给予高脂饮食 ,其中 3组分别添加 10 %的 3种膳食纤维 (纤维素、麦麸、果胶 ) ,另一组为 10 %限食组 ,其余一个组为对照组。大鼠喂养 3个月后发现 ,膳食纤维各组大鼠粪便脂肪排出量增多 ,血清中及红细胞膜MDA水平显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,红细胞膜的流动性显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而限食组与对照组相比 ,以上各指标均无显著性差别。由此说明膳食纤维发挥的抗氧化功能可能是通过影响脂肪的消化吸收 ,而不是由于其限食功能

【Abstract】 To study the mechanism of dietary fiber(DF) on antioxidation in rats,we compared the effect of three kinds of dietary fiber reducing the level of lipid peroxidation with food resdtriction.Wistar rars(50)were randomely divided into 5 groups,3groups were fed with the fibers at a level of 10% in weight,the 4th group were restricted food at level 10% in weight ,the 5th consumed stock food as control.After 3 months feeding,for the three dietary fiber groups,the lipid amounts in stool were significantly increased,MDA in serum and RBC membrane were significantly lower than that of the control group.But for the restriction food group,there were no significantly differences to the control group.These results may suggest that the main reason why dietary fiber could prevent oxidation is that DF can affect lipid metabolism.
