砷对大鼠血清补体抑制活性的影响及硒的拮抗效应

【摘要】 采用补体溶血抑制实验 ,观察砷及砷硒联合染毒对大鼠血清补体抑制活性的影响 ,以探讨砷对免疫功能的影响及硒的拮抗作用。结果显示 ,染砷组大鼠血清补体抑制率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;砷 +硒组血清补体抑制率比染砷组明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两剂量硒组之间也无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。提示 ,砷可致血清补体抑制活性下降 ,使补体自稳状态遭到破坏 ,可能参与砷中毒引起的免疫病理过程。硒可有效拮抗砷的毒作用

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of arsenic to immunefunction by measuring anticomplementary competence (ACC) in sera of rats.The ACC of rats arsenic poisoning was significantly lower than that of the control rats(P<005 ).The ACC of arsenic+selenium group were significantly higher than that of arsenic group(P<0.05), and had no significant difference with control group(p>0.05). There was no significant difference in sera ACC between the two arsenic+selenium group(p>0.05).These results suggested that the lower ACC might be one of the mechanism responsible for the disorder of immune adjustment induced by the arsenic poisning,and the selenium could have a toxicopexis effect.
