【摘要】 对 60 9例城乡育龄妇女的人工流产现状进行了调查。结果发现 ,60 .5 9%的城乡育龄妇女有人工流产史 18 3 9%的妇女有婚前人工流产史。人流次数最多的 7次 ,婚前人流次数最多达 7次。多因素线性回归分析发现 ,妇女妊娠次数、生育次数、丈夫的年龄、妇女结婚时的年龄、性伴数等是影响妇女人工流产的主要危险因素。研究提示 ,加强育龄妇女的生殖健康知识教育 ,减少婚前性行为和意外妊娠的发生率 ,降低人工流产率对保护妇女生殖健康有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to describe the prevalence of the abortion and risk factors among women of child bearing age;and to provide evidence for reporductive health educational publicity in women in China,Different level family planning clinics were selected as the study fideld in Hefei city.A total number of 609 women visited above clinics were studied with self administered questionnaires.The Linear repression model was used to screen the risk factors for abortion.A total number of 609 questionnaires were analyzed.The self reported rates of abortion in life time and in premarriage were 60.59% and 18.39%,respectively.The most of abortion and pre marriage were both 7 times.The risk factors which have been significant for abortion were the times of pregnancy and bearing birth,husband’ age,women’s age at marriage,and number of partner,etc.The rates and times of abortion were higher and some risk factors were existed among the women of bearing age.It is important to tress on the health education and promote protected belief.更多还原
