【摘要】 对１９９４～１９９８ 年共５ 年间生产的口服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗糖丸的病毒滴度的检定结果进行质量分析。结果显示：近５ 年生产的口服脊髓灰质炎活疫苗糖丸中，其病毒滴度稳中有升，平均滴度由６－１３ｌｏｇＴＣＩＤ５０／人份上升到６－２５ｌｏｇＴＣＩＤ５０／人份；同时疫苗的热稳定性试验结果也在逐步提高，其病毒滴度的平均基础滴度与３７℃４８ｈ 平均滴度差值的平均值由０－８７ｌｏｇＴＣＩＤ５０／人份下降到０－６３ｌｏｇＴＣＩＤ５０／ 人份。更多还原

【Abstract】 We summarized the control results of Oral Live Polimyelitis Vaccine Drage′e virus titer in our Institute from 1994 to 1998,and also analyzed the results.We came to the conclusion that the virus titer of OPV is raised gradually in the recent five years.The mean titer was raised from 6 13logTCID 50 /human dose to 6 25logTCID 50 /human dose.At the same time,the stability of OPV was raised in gradual.The differential value between basic titer and average titer of 37℃ 48h decreased from 0 87logTCID 50 /human dose to 0 63logTCID 50 /human dose.更多还原
