【摘要】 目的　探讨新鲜髌骨软骨骨折的治疗方法。方法　对新鲜髌骨软骨骨折11例,施行骨折的游离软骨块复位内固定,术后应用持续被动活动(CPM)装置活动膝关节5周。结果　经平均28个月的随访,11例中,术后膝关节功能优9例,良1例,优良率909%。结论　新鲜髌骨软骨骨折采用游离软骨块复位内固定和CPM治疗是可行的,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of the fresh cartilaginous fracture of the patella.Methods 11 cases were treated by restorating the fractured free flaps and fixed internally.To move the knee joint with continuous passive motion (CPM) apparatus after operation for five weeks.Results After an average follow up of 28 months,9 cases had excellent and 1 cases had good results.The excellent and good rate was 90.9%. Conclusion The treatment of fresh cartilaginous fracture by restorating and fixing the free cartilage flaps combined with CPM was feasible.The effect was satisfaction.更多还原
