重载汽车对既有盾构隧道路面板及支撑结构强度和变形的影响
The effects of heavy-duty automobile on strength and deformation of road slab and brace structure for existing shield tunnel
【摘要】 针对打浦路隧道计算了汽—超 2 0、挂— 1 2 0重载汽车作用路面板和支撑的荷载效应 ,并与汽— 2 0、挂— 80汽车作用的计算结果进行了比较 ;分析了汽—超 2 0、挂— 1 2 0重载汽车作用对既有盾构隧道路面板和支撑带来的不利影响。计算结果表明 :汽—超 2 0汽车作用不影响隧道安全使用 ;挂— 1 2 0重载汽车作用 ,路面板局部受力和变形增大明显 ,对路面板损伤不容忽视。文中隧道衬砌、路面板和竖向支撑用板单元模拟 ,土与隧道的共同作用用土弹簧模拟。
【Abstract】 The loading effects of road slab and vertical brace,after the action of Automobile over 20 & Trailer 120 heavy duty automobiles on them,are calculated for Dapu road tunnel in this paper,and result is compared with that of Automobile 120 & Trailer 80 of Automobile action.Unfavorable effects of Aubomobile over 20 & Trailer 120 heavy duty automobiles on existing tunnel road slab and vertical brace are analyzed.The calculated results show that the action of Automobile over 20 doesn’t affect the safe use of the tunnel,and that the increase of partial loaded bearing and deformation of road slab is apparent as the result of the action of Trailer 120 heavy duty automobiles,which can’t be ignored for road slab damage.Plate element is used to simulate tunnel lining,road slab and vertical brace,and spring element simulate the interaction between soil and tunnel.
