汽轮发电机组动平衡的微机仿真
Microcomputerized Simulation of Dynamic Balancing of Turbo-generator Set
【摘要】 用新的等效动刚度系数法对汽轮发电机组动平衡进行研究,对转子系统只需一次加重便可通过微机模拟预测出各组配重的残余振动,方便地找到最合适的配重。对 200 MW机组的成功应用证明了该方法是正确和有效的。
【Abstract】 The dynamic balancing of turbo-generator set is studied using new equivalent dynamic stiffness coefficient method. It is enough to place balancing weight just once for rotor system, the remaining vibration for each group balancing weight can be predicted through microcomputer-simulation, thus the most suitable balancing weight can be conveniently found out. The successful application of this method in 200 MW turbo-generator set proves that, it is correct and effective.
