收缩出口结构对循环流化床锅炉性能的影响
Impact of Nect-down Exit Configuration on Performance of Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC)Boiler
【摘要】 采用凸起出口结构建立的物料内循环对于颗粒燃烬和传热的强化起着相当重要的作用,称为循环流化床锅炉出口端头效应。通过在冷态试验台上进行的一系列试验,寻找到一种增强这种效应的方法。试验结果表明,收缩出口结构的收缩度对循环流化床锅炉流动特性和传热特性的影响存在一个最佳值,这一新发现对循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行有着重要意义。
【Abstract】 Internal circulation of materials set up by using projected exit configuration plays an important role in burn-out of particles and-intensification of heat transfer, it is called exit end effect of CFBC boiler.Through a series of tests carried out on cold state test bed,a method to intensify such effect is found.The test result shows that the impact of contraction extent of neck-down exit configuration on the flowing properly and heat-transfer property of CFBC boiler has an optimum value.This new discovery is of momentous significance for the design and operation of CFBC boiler.
